ZEN’D OUT MASSAGE SPA
Homepage CRO Variant: Change Report
Prepared by HQDM | July 27, 2026
We built a conversion-focused variant of the homepage so the two versions can be compared side by side before anything on the live site changes. The variant lives at zendoutmassage.com/home-cro/ and the current homepage stays untouched at zendoutmassage.com. The variant is set to noindex while it is being reviewed, so it will not compete with the homepage in search results.

What we changed and why
1. Rewritten page copy
What changed. Every section was rewritten around the phrase people actually search for, "couples massage Denver", instead of the broader "massage spa" angle. The headline, the intro, the service descriptions, the treatment menu and the FAQ all now lead with the couples experience. We also added three sections the old page did not have: why guests choose Zen’d Out, the benefits of a couples massage, and an amenities and location section with an embedded map of the downtown Denver spa.
Why it matters. The old headline described the business. The new one describes what the visitor came to book. Matching the page to the search intent gives both visitors and Google a clearer answer, and the added sections answer the questions people ask before they book.
2. Real Google review widget in the hero
What changed. The hero used to show a flat image of a review badge. We replaced it with the live Trustindex widget connected to the Denver Google Business Profile, currently reading 4.9 stars from 1,281 reviews, positioned directly above the headline and aligned with it.
Why it matters. A picture of a rating is not proof. A live widget pulls the real score and review count straight from Google, updates itself as new reviews come in, and is clickable through to the profile. Social proof placed above the headline is seen before the visitor reads anything else.
3. Trust signals below the hero
What changed. A new band sits directly under the hero with four signals: licensed and experienced therapists, private side-by-side couples suites, open 7 days from 9am to 9pm, and gift cards that never expire. It is laid out as a 2x2 grid on desktop and stacks into a single column on mobile.
Why it matters. These are the four things people check before booking a couples massage. Answering them in the first screen removes the reasons a visitor would leave to go and look elsewhere.
4. Reviews section now points to the Denver location
What changed. The "Read More Reviews on Google" button in the testimonials section used to send visitors to the Englewood Google profile. On the variant it points to the Denver profile, which is the location this page is about. The hero review widget is connected to the same Denver profile.
Why it matters. A visitor reading about the downtown Denver spa who clicks through to an Englewood listing is being sent to the wrong place, and the review count they see does not match the location they were reading about. Both review touchpoints now point to the same profile as the rest of the page.
5. Sticky mobile call-to-action
What changed. On phones and tablets a bar is fixed to the bottom of the screen with a call button and a Book a Massage button. It stays visible the whole way down the page and does not appear on desktop, where the header buttons are always in view.
Why it matters. The page is long, and on mobile the only booking buttons used to be in the hero and near the footer. Anyone who read halfway and decided to book had to scroll back up to find a button. Now the action is always one tap away, wherever they stop reading.
